Pasadena City College has launched a new parking management system with Virtual Permitting, replacing physical permits. There’s no need to display a physical permit; just register the vehicles you typically drive to campus, and your license plate will act as your parking permit through license plate recognition (LPR). There are no refund on daily permits.
